This isn't a great outcome for the loser.

lets hope when the game resumes LSU starts blowing them out so we can use arms that Jay wasn't planning to throw to save front line guys...

This is a dream for UCLA. They were already into their bullpen.

So now they have to go deeper. Not much of a dream.

It’s not. Huge edge for Arkansas in that matchup we need to avoid.

Arkansas was into their pen early Saturday and he shut us down. Imagine if there was a rain delay and they had to go to #3.

They'll probably push the Arkansas/Loser Game to Wednesday.
Coastal Wednesday night

Possible double on Thursday

Not really. They have plenty of arms. If they don't start again tonight, the bullpen guys who pitched on Sat are easily available tomorrow and then the guys who threw tonight would be avail for Ark.

This won't hurt UCLA. If LSU has to go to Evans and we end up losing, I think it kills us.

Well, yeah.

They can continue their bullpen plan while LSU is forced into its bullpen plan way before it wanted to.

No, it’s not good for them, either. It’s really bad for the loser.

Losing is the key term there. Whoever loses is fricked.

LSU won’t be losing in Omaha this year. We are cruising all the way to the natty with zero losses.

You act like they have a bunch of elite arms in their pen. They aren’t bad, but we raked all but two pitchers we faced in the regional and super. Arkansas’ guys were elite and we still got it done. We are going to keep scoring runs on their arms.

You think JJ was just completely unaware the weather would be an issue?
