Might as well get it kicked off with this one. Who didn't see this coming?

wonder how long it will take him to gel with his teammates and vice versa.
with it being the second team Rodgers has been with since leaving the Packers, I'd imagine he learned some hard lessons with the Jets. The Jets are traditionally a dumpster fire. The Steelers are a much more stabilized organization.
Not sure if Rodgers was ever on board with Saleh as a head coach while with the Jets. I can see Rodgers/Mike Tomlin being on the same page more.

I don’t think Tomlin will let Rodgers bring in all his buddies to collect paychecks, so that will be a plus.

they cut George Pickens. When the Steelers let a player go/cut, it usually is the right long-term move.
Antonio Brown is the all-time benchmark.

: #Colts QB Anthony Richardson should be OK after a shoulder scare in minicamp, and the second opinion backed that up. No surgery needed. Richardson should be healthy by training camp and ready for competition.
Not sure how I feel about Richardson going into the season, but it looks like he'll be good to go by training camp.

He's gonna get hurt. I took a chance last year and got burned. He may be one of those that I see do it on the field before I draft him again.

You could give me my entry for free and I wouldn’t take Richardson as my starting qb.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams has decided to retire from the NFL at age 30.
His agent, Tory Dandy, told general manager Joe Ortiz on Wednesday night, hours before the first full day of training camp.
Williams signed a $6 million, one-year deal in mid-March to return to the Chargers for his second stint with the team. On Monday, he was placed on the physically unable to perform list and two days later called it quits on his football career.
He played eight seasons in the NFL, including stints with both the New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers in 2024.

Titans QB Will Levis will be undergoing season-ending surgery on the right shoulder injury he sustained early last year before further aggravating it later in the season. Levis has been unable to shake the discomfort and his shoulder still is bothering him.
Levis is, in the words of a source, “dedicated to return to be able to compete at the highest level possible.”
