I’ve lost a little weight and need some stuff taken in. Mostly sportcoats that I typically find on sale. (Yeah, I’m that guy.)

I will probably see if I can lose some more tonnage and buy a couple new suits in a few months.

Not in New Orleans but I used to take my stuff to International Tailor in Metairie on Causeway. Always happy with their work.

For the new suits, if you have any trips to Houston planned, Suit Supply is the reasonably priced way to go. I hated trying to buy them at places like Men's Warehouse that mix brands (the fits are different). Suit Supply is reliable (the closest one to you is in Houston,) and their unlined Havana is a good travel suit and is designed for hot weather, with the proper weave.

The best place for new suits and tuxedos is Tuxedos to Geaux in Metarie. They have suits including coat, pants, shirt, and tie for $179.00 with free lifetime alterations. They also have tuxedos for the same price. Probably a better deal than finding someone to alter what you have. And they are nice suits.
