OT 10 (thick crowd) on the lam after her jet ski runs over and kills kayaker

A thick crowd OT 10 operating a jet ski on Lake Grapevine runs over and kills 18 year old on a kayak. The woman then flees (with some guy and they hit a car in the process). The passenger on the jet ski stayed behind and cooperated with the police. At this point, however, the suspect has not been identified.
Perhaps the OT detectives can identify her.

I have a question for the thicc crowd. This is a top line thick girl. The photos of thick women you see on the internet are all airbrushed and processed.
