I’m still mad about it.
ETA: with the transfer portal and NIL, I fully expect less Cinderella stories and more top 8s to get to Omaha from now on.

Yea the top 8 seed is so key.
If the road to Omaha goes through the box it’s tough to knock us out.

the only thing stopping top 8s from getting to aha will be the SEC teams that go in as 9-16 and 2 seeds because the SEC is a log jam of the best baseball teams in the country.
