Mice chewed too many wires on 4 wheeler to fix myself. Is there a less expensive option than Friendly Yamaha in BR or should I have it done there and assume it will be done right?

Take a picture of every vent line and wire that you can see before you bring it there. My cousin dropped his off to take a look at the reverse switch, the bike was staying in reverse on his dash but would go forward in limp mode. The bike was still under warranty, so he figured it would be covered. Apparently, a bunch of wires and a vent line for the rear diff was chewed up and the bike didn’t want to start. The bike started and everything besides the limp mode worked fine when he brought it in.
They sent him pictures and it looked like some clean cuts. Seemed fishy to me. They changed the switch, which was faulty and we repaired the wires and hose at the house. They wanted to charge him $600 to fix the wires because that wasn’t covered.
