If he can bring along John Matuszak, Dave Rowe, and Otis Sistrunk, our DL will be in great shape.

My only concern is that Baker will take the entire defensive staff with him when he goes to a a HC job next year leaving us with a 10th coach on the DL in the recent years. No consistency.

Yeah that would not be good but what is the alternative? If Davis is available you have to make the hire and not worry about what might or might not happen.

Baker won’t jump unless the right job comes open. He and his wife love being in Baton Rouge and close to both of their families. You make the best hire now and worry about the rest later.
