Judge Sentences Walmart Shoplifters to Wash Cars in Parking Lot

I got my car washed a few months back at a supposedly legitimate car wash/oil change place. Took my pistol out and forgot to get the extra magazine beside seat. Looked a day later and all but one bullet left.

I feel like putting someone in the stocks and letting people pelt them with rotten fruit and vegetables is a little more classic. This is a good start though.

There is a sheriff's vehicle parked outside Walmart on College Drive all the time. I presume its that way all over town.
