This always falls back to Ohtani being too big of a name for the MLB to do something. Like you really think the NBA would suspend LeBron if something of the like was going on? NFL and Mahomes? Absolutely not.

It's Fed time. You have to serve 85% of the sentence. You get up to 54 days of "good time" per year that you are sentenced.

If he’s doing that in a white collar facility and he’s going to be taken care of heftily when he gets out. Honestly, not the worst deal. Use that time to study, build up your body, and then come out to millions for being the fall guy. I’d trade places.

I really haven’t followed this story very closely but heard rumors of course, is there actually any evidence of him covering for Ohtani or not? Like , is Ohtani known to like to gamble back before he was a star or anything like that. What do y’all honestly think?
