Kind of an idiot.
He drove around and then left the country with Dexter bloodslides chilling in his trunk.
He escaped the cage and didn't run over immediately and turn off the gas.
Yes, I can't find anything to watch and subjecting myself to a Dexter rewatch knowing how bad it gets.

I just finished season 2 last night. On my first watch of the series and enjoying it so far. When does it get bad?

Hoping Doakes shows up in Original Sin next season. That show is surprisingly legit.

S5 - Lumen (Julia Stiles) - gets a bad rap, but it was fine, just happened to follow one of the greatest seasons in TV history.
Amazingly enough, it starts to fall with S6 that has Adama (Edward James Olmos) and Colin Hanks, which you figured would be good. And then S7 and S8 go off the map, which sucks because Yvonne Strahovski was hot AF. By the end of the show, I think they handed it off to some Junior high writers.
