Mine is struggling. Any recommendations on somewhere that can put a new one on relatively quick?

Don’t know anyone but how is a jackplate struggling?

I think the motor is getting weak. Works sometimes but when it does it’s super slow. Done cleaned off grease and re-lubed.

The motors can be rebuilt on most of them. Or replaced cheap.
Otherwise. If you have a lift, rafter, or even tree branch to hang your motor from its like 8 bolts, 2 wires, and less than an hour of work.

As much as I appreciate all of the well known information. Still searching for an answer to the original question if anyone has it.
