I have been in the equipment rental business since 2003. Although they are not a direct competitor, as 99% of our equipment if offshore-based, the clients that we share absolutely cannot stand to deal with them for their land-based jobs for a number of reasons. I can't understand how they can be so successful, as their reputation for equipment is not solid, and their prices are through the roof.

Corporate America always seem to win.

I'm always shocked when they are able to keep these deals quiet. H&E stock has done nothing but go down for the last month, then boom, it doubles today.
