This is highway robbery but he justifies it by saying the amount of money he gets is equal to professional sports industry standards of 3-5%. Also, apparently this guy has a history with directing players away from Tulane?

I recall a poster on here saying that Raising Canes kept making fingers smaller and raising prices. But they get away with it since people keep paying. I feel it’s the same with college FB, schools, coaches, and players NIL. They’ll keep getting away with it as long as fans are watching and paying for it,

Athletes across many sports have been getting paid a ton of money for decades and NIL for a couple hundred CFB players is what broke you? Really?

You don't hear complaints about them making money, but you're not paying attention if you don't hear complaints about rising concessions, parking, and taxpayer subsidies of stadiums for more profit to go to the owners. You'll also usually hear people siding with players over owners come cba time.
