At this point, who wants to coach there?

They are just going to replace him with another Josh McDaniels or Antonio Pierce type of guy. Seems like they cycle through coaches every couple of seasons.

Someone who wants to be a head coach.

You just need to win.

Brady going to hire Jerod Mayo then play one more season as a big FU to Robert Kraft.

1- please do that would be fricking hilarious

2- do you for some reason think Brady has beef with Kraft? They could not be any closer, Kraft loves Brady more than his own sons and has spent the last 5 years destroying his franchise in order to have everyone hate BB and only focus on Tom’s successes

Agreed. For the most part, I don't understand first year head coaches being fired, especially if they came to losing teams in need of a rebuild.

Pierce's in game management was pretty awful, not surprising

Bring back Gruden

quote:

Gruden resigned as Raiders coach in 2021 after emails surfaced in which he had made racist, homophobic and misogynistic remarks. Is the league ready to let him back in? He tested the waters as a consultant for the New Orleans Saints in 2023 and recently signed a multi-million dollar deal with Barstool Sports to seemingly appear on every show they have. Teams are always looking for someone who can fix quarterbacks, and the Raiders were seemingly on an upward trajectory when he resigned, going on to make the playoffs that season under interim coach Rich Bisaccia. He finished with a 22-31 record in that second stint with the Raiders and has a record of 117-112 overall in 15 seasons with the Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Davis is an idiot so he probably would entertain that. If Brady has any sway he wouldn't.

Called him and Mayo being fired last year when they were hired. Both of those hires didn’t make any sense. They both had little to no experience at coordinator which seldomly works in the NFL.

Would he be the same as Mayo and Pierce? No coordinator experience. The NFL is the top when it comes to football you would think having a HC with at least an expertise on one side of the ball would be important.
