Does a Presidential pardon have to be for a specified crime or does a President have the power to pardon someone for any unnamed federal crime they have ever committed up until that point? And has that ever been challenged? Team Trump should raise that question and force Biden to specifically pardon Hunter for bribery, if not treason.
