Cajun Seasoning, Creole Seasoning, Both, Other?

I guess I never realized there was a difference. Google says Cajun is spicier, while Creole is more herbal. Huh. Today I learned.
So I guess either is fine, depending what you're going for. Kinda hard to mess up étouffée seasoning unless you just get totally weird with it.

Don't think it matters. Just use whichever you like better.
