So who should be the next AG?

Some coming to mind:
RFK: Yes, I know he’s been nominated for Head of HHS, but you can now offer him this position and nominate Nicole Shanahan to Head of HHS who would do everything in that role that Bobby would. Plus I still think RFK would be the defacto head of that agency still since Nicole is a full acolyte of his and will do anything he requests.
Harmeet Dhillon: This is the woman that went scorched earth on the Biden administration when he tried to get everyone fired from their jobs for not getting vaccinated. She would be an attack dog.
Mike Lee: Genius and would be a damn good one.

If there are going to be prosecutions of election officials, bureaucrats, politicians, etc, RFK as the torch bearer may be more palatable and believable to the center and left leaning public.

Unfortunately they would. They guy that is replacing Mittens is only slightly better. We need Lee to stay as one of the Senators from Utah because we will get a watered down GOPe person in his place.

If you're wrong I'm wrong right beside you. In my mind there is no one better suited or more highly motivated to root out the Deep State. It's personal for Kennedy. He wants blood for blood.
