In my almost mid-40’s and still get pimple / zits…wtf?

Super annoying. Knowing the O-T, I do shower, use face wash and eat somewhat healthy. It’s not pizza face so I’ve been neglecting the dermatologist…

That will most certainly cause outbreaks. I don’t think on the face though, usually back, arse, shite like that, but I’m not for sure.

I get one every once in a while. It happens. Just a clogged pore that gets infected. Wipe with alcohol and it'll go away.

Not in my mid 40s but I get them too. I have to wash my face twice a day with an acne face wash or I break out like crazy after a few days. shite is pretty annoying.

I found that beginning in my 40’s something about beer was causing me to break out. I definitely catch a mean case of red cheeks after even just one light beer. Too many drinks will lead to lasting zits.
