I wonder how "musically" this thing is going to be. I don't really like musicals, but if its just kind of "musically" then I think I might enjoy it.

It's a musical. I don't think this movie is going to do very well. Presales for opening weekend are currently weak. Making it a musical was a bold choice

A somewhat straight-up movie with Gaga and Phoenix would do great.

Not sure about a trippy fantasyland musical. I get it, art and all that, but still. Making it part of the movie is one thing, but the entire movie is mehhhh.

Have 0 interest in this... Not only a musical, but looks like most of the movie is "made up" in his head based off the snippets. e.g. He's out of jail, roaming around, dancing, singing, has a tv show, etc..

It’s getting a lot of negative reviews

I'm surprised how well regarded the first one was on here. Besides just being a retread of previous movies with a Batman veneer slapped on it, it was just a dreary slog to get through.

I thought it was a solid film, and I liked Phoenix’s performance.

Don’t know if true but I heard it’s a courtroom drama mostly

It's a 15-song jukebox musical. I don't know what else to tell you.

I thought the acting was incredible, but damn I felt dirty when it was over.

Extending his critical gaze toward contemporary America, Phillips aims with precision and fury at various ills of the modern world.

Of all the things Phillips does better in “Joker: Folie à Deux” than he did in “Joker,” the best is by far his course correction in catering to radical misogynists.

It seems like Todd Philips targeted Folie à Deux directly at the audience who got a little too into Joker – and made it to antagonize them.

Reviews aren't giving me much hope.

A musical, no thanks. I seem to remember reading that Phoenix didn’t want to do another one after the first.

Maybe this is his way of fans not asking for a trilogy.

I don't know why anyone would want to sit through 2 hours of this shite unless they are on lithium pills already...

Apparently HQ blows up the courtroom at the end and kills Joker.

I assume it plays off of what the first movie did. Most of it is just in Arthur's head. Perhaps he is feeling like a little tune is in order.

I have a feeling this movie will bomb

Or at the very least not meet expectations
