Great guy.
Corporate counsel out of University of Miami Law School. Worked many an hour with him in Atlanta, did many a business trip together before he took off to Dallas for a better job.
He said Haitians kill and eat pets...chickens, cats, dogs, rats...all the time. Said whenever he visited Haiti with family it was just a way of life and it freaked him out. Said it was very bloody, machetes and everything.
Still drives around with a little Haitian flag hanging on the rear view mirror of his Nissan Z.

We have to be sympathetic, that’s the way they live in their country. We should be able to sacrifice our pets to make them comfortable.

Sounds like good peeps and potential neighbors.

That dude should be a governor or something...in Haiti. Making Haiti great.

They BBQ people, so why is it so hard to fathom they'd not cook pets?
I just don't get it. Some folks are so scared of seeing things they wish weren't true, they ignore what's before their own eyes.

Most people who have not been outside this country have no clue how savage people are in many other countries. For them it’s just a way of life.

Tell you what, if one of the Hatian's try to eat my brides Yorkie they are going to get a surprise. She's killed deer and antelope at over 250 yds.

Do they eat then raw?
My next door neighbors are Haitian and they have a small dog pet that’s survived at least as long as we’ve lived here (8 years). We have a dog and had a cat that survived living next door to Haitians. The car rehomed herself around the corner but we still see her in the neighborhood so she hasn’t been eaten yet.

The media REALLY wants this not to be true.
Every search result is a fact check making up reasons why it's not true.
The fact checking is so prevalent it makes one think it's actually true.

No.
But I have fond memories of the dilly plate.
$5.55 with tax back in the day.
