Pretty sure the picture was taken AFTER the standard photo coding for digital images included geolocation data within the image code.
Just need to figure out the format and then translate it to English.
Can probably spend a couple hours on Google to figure it out.

Could’ve been 20 different restaurants across town with that framed. Hell, even the Mary Lee Donuts in Prairieville has that one hanging I believe.
