Love Pool Season II but I just wrapped it up a week or so back. It’s a fantastic program that gives an amazing pump.

In my final week of it, it is awesome. Great program

Joining in, but will be delayed a week-ish. Still have 1 week of PS1 to go. Hoping to wrap it up 7/4 or 7/5. May run it 2 on, 1 off to play catch-up some.

Same. Trying to decide whether to run it again with everyone or change it up.
Any recs on what to change to if I want a similar 4 day program to run post-PSII?

Arm Farm!
I'm similar to posted above. I'd like to join, but have 3 days of elbow meat left.
I'll probably run PS2 next and try to catch up though.

Garmin Connect. I log every rep, weight, and all other activities with it. Have for the last 4+ years. I wear a chest strap for better HR tracking.

I also use Garmin connect, but I hate it for weight lifting. Its the most unintuitive thing I could imagine, and the graphic is just a gimmick in my opinion. Polar (hr9?) chest strap pairs great with my watch for cardio or improved HR tracking during any activity, but lift sessions for me are best tracked with actual pen and paper, natch.
While I'm impressed with a wrist worn watch's ability to figure out (fairly accurately) what exercise I'm doing, and count reps (provided they are performed 2 handed or with the hand that wears the watch), it doesn't get it right most of the time and I have to go back in and edit the hell out of the session, correcting exercises, rep counts, etc. This just takes time I don't have, so I have abandoned it.

I am one of those nerds who goes back and fixes every single rep/weight. That graphic is gimmicky for sure. I input my reps and weight using the watch after each set. Sure it kind of sucks, but only takes 5 seconds. Then later on during the day I'll go into Garmin Connect and edit. I find the mobile app is better for editing the exercise selection than the desktop site. Mainly because you can select from "RECENT" exercises.
I like to export the data to excel then sort and filter. Sometimes I want to look at what burned the most calories, or what had the most reps, total volume etc. It's really cool. I like to race my ghost when I'm running. I can race a previous run and it shows me if my pace is slower or faster than that previous run.
It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I can tell you it keeps me heavily heavily engaged. Also, you got to keep notes. I write notes after every strength session. Sometimes I'm trying to describe the exercise selection because they don't have the specific one I'm looking for.

I usually wear my Garmin while I workout until I put my wrist wraps on. I'm the total opposite of you. I hate having to go in an log every little thing when lifting weights. I just bring the workout sheets and a pencil.
When I was running a ton, it was not a big deal. I actually enjoyed programming run workouts into my watch and just going of the beep/buzz on when to start, stop, rest, etc.

I just got sick of the editing, and I often would hit the wrong button and that just led to more editing. Plus, when I'm already logging it all in a notebook it's redundant. I understand about the desire to track the "effort" or caloric burn of workouts, but for lifting I don't trust that the device can do such things. The garmin is essential for my endurance/cardio workouts though, gives me all the data I want, and then some, to figure out where I am and where I need to be.

W1D1 done not real motivated but pushed through
It’s been awhile since I upped the TM#’s, added 5lb to bench and 10lbs to squat/deadlift

Been on pool season 2 since mid June. Really liking it, been doing arm farm workouts also on off days because I liked arm farm so much
W3D1 complete. - everything went smooth/ could finish all of the sets. Changed the order of the sets due to club 4 being packed.
