What percent of the voting public could provide this to even the most simplified degree of actual accuracy?
I'd be hard pressed to guess it's more than 5%, no?
I mean, shite, I'm not sure I could reasonably describe it if put on the spot.

Less than one percent if you take out attorneys.

Well it would be zero since what he is charged with is not a crime
Much less even able to be prosecuted in the state of NY

Everybody knows he is being tried for paying hush money. Pay attention next time.

He paid a hooker, tried to cover it up, and it could have changed how people voted. That makes a crime.
Probably a lot of people with a working brain cell, so in America, maybe 10 percent.

I'd bet less than 25% could articulate that.

That would make every politician a criminal and especially the Bidens.

Thats not a crime. There is nothing illegal about paying Hush money even if we pretend it was during election season.
How do we know this
Well just look at the very very very long list of politicians that have never gotten in trouble for paying off accusers and making them sign NDAs. Guess how many of those have been prosecuted
Ill wait

After 2 words your post is wrong. There are TONS of people in the US who don't know a trial is going on.

Man, The Bidens calling Hunter Bidens laptop Russian Disinformation was criminal.
Who Knew?

Because the persecution (malaprop intended) won’t specify the underlying charge, it’s all just speculation anyway.
The judge gave direction to the jury that basically says they can find him guilty even if they don’t know or understand the charges.
What a travesty - where are the board barristers to condemn this fiasco?…

does it count to just say OMB, or are you looking for legal words to explain his invented crimes?
