Solution to the "pronouns" issue (EEOC guidance related)

As you may know, Joetato's EEOC recently issued guidance essentially saying if you don't mollify the mentally ill by using preferred pronouns and not letting them piss and shite wherever the frick they want, the employer is creating a hostile work environment.
Considering employers have an array of different employees, I propose that any lunatic that uses non-grammatically correct gender pronouns (i.e., not conforming to their sex at birth) should be required to have their preferred pronouns permanently tattooed to their foreheads so that everyone else will immediately know the correct ones to use for them.

Ive been on this train for years. Just don’t hire them.
They cause too many problems. Not only do you have to accommodate their insanity as the company, all of their co workers have to walk on eggshells.

Well, obviously that.
But, just like underwear, people can change their gender identity whenever they want these days, so you have to also address current employees that go crazy.

All the better - seeing all the x'ed out pronouns along side the new tattoos would be a better clue as to their insanity.

Pronouns have apparently become outdated. Perhaps we should stop using them until someone comes up with a better solution to this issue.

"hey you" is the universal pronoun

I’d just use their first name and never a pronoun.

Most european languages have similar pronouns. How are they handling the singular/plural insanity not to mention transitional h words?

I’m not sure but I can can’t call one person they.
My brain won’t even go there. It makes no sense.

Took a trip to NOLA recently and the dog sitter chick rolled in with a bunch of gay keychains and tshirt etc.
She said "I go by they/them" (or something to that effect) and I told her that I will only call her by her given name. She said "ok cool"
Suffice to say I was nervous AF about my dogs while I was gone haha

Most of them are harmless. Especially one on one.
It’s the large groups where they embolden each other into thinking they are something they are not is where it becomes problematic.

Use the first name from the birth certificate

I won't use pronouns other than the ones God intended for that person. I'm not bending over backwards and negating my own beliefs to "show respect" to theirs. I don't expect these people to participate in my religion, but I won't be participating in theirs either.

Good way to say it.

Remember, kids: Anyone who "shares their pronouns" is doing you a favor. Doing so is telling the listener that they may discount wholesale anything said by the sharer, past/present/future, as it is not to be considered as having come from a rational adult.
