Nope, Most doctors/midlevels are in private groups contracted at hospitals and even nurses now with agencies/travel

It’s variable.
But I do know at least one doctor doing PsLF. He works for a state hospital (not in LA).
I also know a number of doctors that work for nonprofit healthcare systems and could partake (idk if they do).
