Chas has apparently purged from memory every slider he's ever seen and he's going to chase every slider within 10 feet of the far side of the plate.
I don’t know why anyone throws him anything else. He’s completely helpless against it.
And I say it every year, but I detest MMP’s layout/dimensions and I say that even though the Astros have many times gotten the benefit of them. Quirkiness has always been a part of baseball parks but it’s different when they had to build them that way because of the limitations of the property. Love it as a great place to watch a game but just don’t like the gimmicks.

Yordan has gone quiet. He's on a 2-17 skid. Not gonna win many games when he's not contributing

Oh sweet. Runner on 2B no outs and 3 straight shite ABs

1-12 with RISP in the series.

What’s worse is the 9 hole hitter was the guy on followed by our 1-2-3 hitters not even hitting the ball hard. (Or at all)

Sounds about right. Tough to watch. Feels like anytime we hit a HR, they’re solo shots too

Chas has looked HORRENDOUS tonight
It’s like Pena transferred his inability to take a low and away slider to him

Jon Singleton is hitting .267
Do what you will with that

We are making Reynaldo fricking Lopez look like Sandy Koufax

So I’ll put him at first all the time.

What’s his OPS? Has he hit anything but a single since that 2 homer game last year?

Bases loaded and bullpen coming in. Can go ahead and call it an evening

Espada ruins a positive step forward from Brown by letting him flounder.
Posted on 4/16/24 at 9:03 pm to Lsuhoohoo
Might as well be 10-0 now.
Posted on 4/16/24 at 9:03 pm to Lsuhoohoo
Yea the options are limited but hes gotten a little greedy too often and allows the starters to kind of work the team out of the game.
Hard to complain too much because cant win if you don’t score but still frustrating.
Wow pretty great job Dubin

Dubin wow. What an outing considering the circumstances

Espada doing his best Dusty impression stretching a starter too far

Agreed. Impressive
A shame 2 runs might as well be 20
