Yes, winning it all tends to make one elite.

I mean…. yeah.

Multiple CWS appearances
been to the finals a few times.

Active coaches with CWS championships:
Jay Johnson
Mike Bianco
Chris Lemonis
Tim Corbin
Brian O’Connor
Kevin O’Sullivan
Gary Gilmore
John Savage
Corbin is the only coach with more than 1, so I’d say yes, Jay is elite.
