re: Hearing there were celebratory drinks being had on the Speaker's balcony over the bill

the 2 parties have gerrymandered the districts so much that it is nearly impossible to vote someone out once they have been elected. if every district was a tossup each election, then reps would be accountable for their votes. as it is now, they are not accountable.
