St. George ruling expected tomorrow - predictions?

I understand that the Louisiana Supreme Court will be issuing its ruling on the St. George case tomorrow - what's the expected outcome? And if they overturn the lower courts, what has to happen next before St. George can incorporate?

My expectation is that it will be a long and overly complicated decision because of how badly the district court and appeals court fricked up.
One court basically said that the entire election was invalid because putting a URL on the petition to the plan of government isn’t putting the plan of government on the petition.
I believe another argued that the impact on BR by StG incorporating means that it should be blocked.
State SC has to figure out a way to unfrick this mess in the easiest way possible.
My guess is that they say that the petition was valid, therefore the vote is valid, but drop Lamont Cole from the case due to lack of standing, therefore StG incorporates due to the case dissolving.
That gets to the correct verdict without litigating a lot of major issues caused by how this was handled, which probably needs to be fricked up by the legislature and not the courts.

How does LASC release these rulings? Media wise?

This has been ongoing for more than 6 years. The Citizens voted for it in a Legal election.
The mayorette is trying to nullify a legal election.
This is election interference and what about ‘ Democracy’ ?

But they’re the same thing. So stacked and fricked at the same time.

Was it just a Mandella Effect thing but I could have sworn St George was already ruled in favor of and people were celebrating here a while back. Must have been when the LA Supreme Court took the case. The people voted 5 years ago and our government has been trying to throw that vote in the trash and ever since.
But Trump is going to destroy democracy.

Link to SCOLA website to read opinion directly once it's published

Just going off my memory, but I think a big part of the problem was St. George didn't include specifics on how they were going to fund the government in their original Petition so the Petition itself was declared invalid.

LASC website shows March 22, 2024 as tentative opinion date (for 2023-2024 session).

Problem is that the petition got enough signatures, got approved by the state, signed off by the governor, and then won their election.
Kinda fricking late to toss it 4+ years after the election when that wasn’t even an argument in the suit IIRC.

The issues was openly debated by parish leaders. Voters were informed west mire than they are when we vote for amendments and tax renewals.
The Governor, and the SOS all approved the petition and a legal election was held.

Oh I'm with you. I get the intent behind the law so that new political subdivisions can't overpromise with no intent on delivering on those promises, but this wasn't even part of the original appeal.

This. I'm pretty sure five justices will find a way.

Listening to the arguments presented to the LSC, I heard a lot of questions from the justices that were never asked by the lower courts, but were issues that were screamed in the loudest voices by those who saw through the BS being thrown up by the opposition to SG and the C-P. The majority of justices seem to agree that the C-P tried to cancel the results of a legitimate election and overrule the will of the people. I predict that SG will be allowed to incorporate (but stranger things have happened - It is Louisiana politics after all)

I think this is where they land. Toss the case and let the legislature fix the requirements for the plan of government to be on the petition.
You may say, well, that wasn't part of the lawsuit until the appeals court added it.
That is correct.
However, we have a US Supreme Court that decided that Obamacare individual and business responsibility provision were a tax, not a penalty, and that was nowhere in any of the arguments either.
