I saw this earlier today and all I could find was a clip from January in which he says Lamar is authentically Lamar and is different than other black quarterbacks like Mahomes, Russell Wilson, etc.

Maybe because of the black quarterbacks in the NFL, Jackson is the only one who needs an interpreter.
