You don’t really believe this. You’re a prancing troll.

So, your belief that the law should be applied equally is conditional?
No. My opinion is that you are full of shite and a mealy mouthed cocksucker
That’s my opinion

And yet they did authorize access to the public
No they didn't, they simply acquiesced to the mob.

the public had a reasonable expectation to assume that the Capitol Police did, in fact, have the authority to allow them entrance into the building.
No they didn't, they knew the score.
But more importantly, it's childish to believe that you could go to the Capitol building while the Congress has closed it to the public in order to conduct the business of transferring power at the very highest levels of government, for the very purpose of interfering with that process without expecting MAJOR fricking repercussions from the federal government. You know this, I know this, every fricking one knows this.
This whole discussion is absolutely ridiculous, and without any real sincere convictions - if you pardon the pun.
Those in the Capitol building were trespassing, and should suffer the consequences. That other law-breaking protestors should also suffer the consequences of their actions is irrelevant.

No. It’s actually very relevant. If justice is only meted out to those of an opposing political party, it ceases to be justice. You know that and still expect us to enjoy sniffing your farts as much as you do.

The two Manhattan lawyers who firebombed a cop car during a BLM riot in 2020 got a year in prison. There are J6 folks doing years in prison for the crimes of trespassing and obstructing a proceeding. Do you not understand that there is a two-tiered justice system in this country? One for those with acceptable political opinions and one for those with unacceptable ones.

Well actually the first amendment says you have the right to assemble and to address grievances so you’re wrong. Not that this government gives two craps about the constitution but it is there

You are ideologically left. You pretend to not be so that you don’t have to defend progressivism. It’s a dumb shtick and you should kill yourself. Metaphorically.

Apparently no one does except me.
Portland lawbreakers, Michigan lawbreakers, DC lawbreakers, they should all suffer the consequences. Why not?

You can’t tell me you foresaw that thousands of Trump supporters would be rounded up for now in the fourth year and throw them in the gulag in solitary confinement. No one could have predicted the evil we now see better than ever. I knew then, and certainly now, that they are pure evil.

And yet you’re in zero threads about those protestors getting the consequences they deserve. We all know why but we’re supposed to pretend that you’re all about equal Justice. frick off.

It was closed to the public but yet they invited people in then turned around and arrested them. Sounds like entrapment to me

50 Secret Service agents were hurt outside of the White House in 2020 and MSM said almost nothing about it. I doubt anyone was prosecuted, either. It's the double standard in treatment we can't stand.

According to you the underlying reason for a protest is an important element of the 1st amendment?
When the purpose is to overthrow the government, yes.

So we agree that the protestors in the Capitol on Jan 6 were breaking the law.
At least there's that.
