Around here all it takes is for you to feel your life was in danger and those dregs of society posed a threat of bodily harm…….handle business and then call the law. Real simple!

Yea, explain this to me like I’m 5. This isn’t a dispute over an expired lease or a squabble over inherited property.

That is straight up B&E.

If someone breaks in my house, I’m not suing them.

How is breaking and entering a civil matter?


In that particular case, the squatter produced a falsified lease and the cops then said she'd have to take him to court and get court orders for their removal before they could get involved. Then the local news aired the story and local police "expedited" the eviction because of the bad publicity.
