The feds can’t allow this to get too hot during an election year with an unfavorable incumbent over an unfavorable issue for that incumbent. The question is how far they push it before they find a way to make it go quiet then in their favor.

Yep, this plays so much into Trumps favor. He needs to put the pedal down now on this issue, if not they may make it go away, from the public eye.
