She was indicted on two federal charges. She pled guilty to the transportation charge, feds dropped the coercion charge, and the proposed sentence is 13 years. Judge has to sign off.
State case is ongoing.
Moral of the story, besides don't frick your students, is don't add federal charges to the mix.
