So they aren't including TAF donations in this calculation. That's pretty dumb. Do they think people will give donations and expect them not to be used? or expect them to only go towards academic purposes?
If you don't count TAF donations (and whatever fundraising entity every other school has), then very few schools make any money, and I bet its actually zero.
2022 ohio state had the highest revenue, and net income of $26MM, but $63MM of that was contributions.
Texas had net income of $9.1MM but $75MM of that was in restricted gifts, and endowmets.
