Percy Harvin made it twice?
Posted on 12/8/08 at 2:59 pm to TeeBoy
Not bad, I don't think Beckwith deserved 2 team though.

8 1st and 2nd team All-SEC players on a 7-5 team. Awesome. Miles should get an award

Im glad for him, but others were better.

Not over Lafell if you are going by the numbers. Lafell has 10 more catches, 56 more yards and twice as many touchdowns (8). Not to mention Lafell was catching balls from three different quarterbacks this season with two of them being freshman and another soph with no experience. Having said that, Julio is a BEAST and he will likely make 1st team SEC from here on out.

That was well said, Stromile. It really puts in perspective what LSU's receivers were up against.

I think Colt David should have been first team...

I don't see how they could leave off our two Butkus award finalists from all three lists?

Lafell was the most under-appreciated player on this team all year long. Glad to see he gets the credit he deserves.

I agree Colt should have been 1st team.
You have to wonder why Eric Berry wasn't unanimous.
