Knowing he’d sit for a year or 2. Needs to learn to slide better. Smart, good arm, can read a D, accurate, and can run. I think he needs a year at least to sit but can be good in the NFL

I think he's the best QB in the draft TBH.

No, only because his style of play makes him very injury prone.

I'd like him in the 2nd if possible.

Runs the same offense as Ridder did in college. Offense looks completely different with Daniels running it. Absolutely would take him.

Can read a D? Hahaha. Hes Justin Fields 2.0. Put him in another jersey besides purple and yellow and you LSU idiots hate him

We should 100% take Jayden if we have the chance to

His reads, accuracy, quick release, and arm strength likely transition well.

His ability to scramble is huge.

I’d worry about his lanky frame taking hits. There are lineman who can run with him in the NFL.

JD is a very good college quarterback, and that's it.
His movements and mechanics are not quick and precise, and dos not know how "sell" plays like screen passes, play action and RPO plays. He throws a very nice deep ball and has improved a lot from last year, but he is a 4th rounder, IMO.

Please tell me this is a joke.

Maybe in the 4th or 5th round. Maybe.

I’d love him as a backup. I don’t see him as a starter in the league. He’s similar to Kyler Murray, except a bit taller.

No. I love him at LSU and he’s a warrior but I hate running QBs for the most part. Seems like almost all of them fizzle out after a couple of seasons.

Absolutely, I would. What reasonable football fan wouldn't?
