I would imagine if religious zealots were running around doing this and broadcasting it over social media, then a well armed populace would take matters into their own hands before the military got involved.
Could probably be argued that it wouldn't happen because the populace is well armed.

Do you get irate when the US has killed innocents? I think we should let Israel handle this and back them up in support. I don’t think Biden handling this or being president helps but that’s where we are at. This is what happens when idiots get mad over mean tweets and throw a tantrum.

So you would kill children because they will probably grow up to be your enemies one day.
And you think that Hamas is evil because they kill children who they believe will grow up to be their enemies one day.
Own it. Don’t claim to be taking the moral high ground.

Yes, I do think this. Killing kids is one of a whole laundry list of reasons I consider Hamas evil. And you do not.
That last sentence is why you and your opinions could not mean less to me than they do.

After 9/11, I pretty much wanted the Middle East to be turned into a glass parking lot. My feelings haven't really changed much.

Here’s the problem with NOT killing them all, summarized in this one picture aired from Palestine on 9/11. Kids celebrating because the environment they grew up in teaches them it was a good thing. Who knows, some of these very kids could’ve been Hamas members who committed these acts in Israel.
Kill
Them
All
How are we any better than our enemy if we also want to kill children?

At some point the bandaid has to be ripped off to stop future atrocities. This is war and Israel didn’t start his war but they should end it.

Stop all foreign aid and issue fully automatic rifles to all citizens so it doesn’t happen again

I don’t think you’ve understood me. Hamas is evil to the extent it commits evil acts like intentionally killing kids. Killing children is never morally permissible, no matter what the utilitarian justifications are, and no matter who does it.

As bad as 9/11 was, beheaded babies and burned toddlers just hits different.
Looking back, only about a handful of kids died that day (all passengers on the planes).

"killing them all" would requrie nuking most of the ME.
There's a reason people still know the names of the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, even though they were completely obliterated by God 5,000 years ago.
And people *generally* listened to the message up until about 15 minutes ago.
The response used has to be commiserate with the message needing to be sent.

If only Hamas could have done something to avoid this.
The fact that it looks like that the vast majority of Palestinian parents are willing to sacrifice their children to stay and support the cause is further proof many can not be reasoned with. Israel has warned everyone to leave Gaza. Hamas certainly did not give any warnings prior to Saturday’s massacre.
You would think that Hamas, the Palestinian Authority, and Palestinians themselves would have found a way to evacuate their children from a war zone. They have not. From the outside looking in it appears they haven’t even tried. So spare us all your righteous indignation.
It is sad that children have to pay for the sins of their fathers. But they always have and always will.
