re: A little over a month ago Hank argued that Feinstein ceding POA to her daughter was normal

I am going to go out on a short limb here and say that had this been Mitch McConnell you wouldn't be here defending the POA.
You progs are so purposely obtuse it's absurd.

She voted by proxy yesterday.
Figure it out genius.

And another reason would be to buy / sell / handle affairs for a property when you aren't going to be there to handle it in person, as was the case with DiFi.

Just want you on the record... You are both OK with someone who is mentally incapable of handling her own financial affairs remaining as a US Senator and trying to handle YOUR affairs?

DiFi on her death bed apparently had full cognitive abilities despite being 90 and ceding POA to her daughter.
I had a great uncle who lived to be 92. The last 6 months of his life he had no idea WTF was going on. Purely anecdotal but let's not pretend that many at that age are fully functioning and should be voting on matters for an entire country.

I appreciate your straightforwardness.
The same could be said for probably a dozen senators of both parties. It's ridiculous.

Sure she will defend Turtle. He's one of hers.

I will say, it is normal for old people to give a POA to their child/children, even if they aren’t dying.
Now in Feinstein’s case, she was dying.

No article I can find says she did not give complete POA. In fact, they all skirt around it. Link something or admit you are making shite up.
Here is one example besides the link in my OP

It's unclear to what extent the younger Feinstein holds power over the 90-year-old lawmaker.

Many more articles that skirt around if it was full POA or not yet here you are certain of it.

I think Mitch needs to step down immediately. It's clear he has lost his ability to fully function and the decline will only get worse.
The majority of conservatives on this board agree with me.

You don't know this. No article I can find says whether it was 100% control or not.
They all say part of it was to handle legal issues but none say that was the only limit of the POA.

He's only saying that now that she passed and it's obvious she should have stepped down a decade ago

I do not say that all lawyers are bad, but I do maintain that the general tendency is bad: standing up in a court for whichever side has paid you, affecting warmth and conviction, and doing everything you can to win the case, whatever your private opinion may be, will soon dull any fine sense of honour. The mercenary soldier is not a valued creature, but at least he risks his life, whereas these men merely risk their next fee.

Yep, throw up a groomer/drag story hour thread and he will be there…
It’s an interesting and very telling choice of name for Hank.
“Antoninus” was Tony Curtis’ character in “Spartacus” and was noted for being part of the infamous and controversial “gay scene” in that film with Laurence Olivier.

Haven't seen anything by Hank lately. Did I just miss it or did he get the ban hammer?
Maybe he’s finally working!
I always worried a little about if he had a successful practice given the amount of time he could devote on the board.

I would love to see who actually made her proxy vote yesterday and wrote all that shite on her twitter account.
