Because they are one of a few companies that can handle the volume of products needed for that many events.

It’s much easier to pay one company versus every event pay random local people.

It's essentially a business relying on temp and seasonal workers. I used to work concessions at the old box. I mean the amount of new people you get every game is crazy. My second day on the job I was in charge of the money and running an entire stand with temp workers who spoke broken English.

Who in their right mind would want to deal with that?

They are big in the national park service as well. EBR Schools switched to HES... SOOOO much worse. Sodexo is another bad one.
