I'm not understanding what's wrong with this. Deion brought every ounce of attention on him, his son, and Travis Hunter. Can anybody name Colorado's starting center? Middle linebacker? Of course not. It's never going to be about the team or the university, it's Deion and that's it. It's a joke

How many people who aren't hardcore CFB fans can name a starting center or middle linebacker from teams in a different conference they don't follow? Like maybe SEC fans know who Harold Perkins is and that's b/c he was a massively coveted recruit.This post was edited on 9/24/23 at 2:02 am

Probably the die hard Colorado football fans. I can't name the starting Center or MLB for Oregon either. In fact, the only team in the country I could name those positions is LSU.

I had no idea that Sanders had a second son that was also on the team until last week's game I mean, you have to be pretty hardcore to know who the starting left tackle for Washington State or the kicker for Minnesota is.
