LIVINGSTON – An investigation by several agencies into alleged child exploitation led to the arrest of a 19-year-old from Livingston Parish.
Officials say investigators with the Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI-Baton Rouge Office), East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, and the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office began investigating reports of child exploitation in the town of Livingston on Sept. 6.
The investigation led to the arrest of Jesus Delacruz of Livingston.

Pour gasoline on this a-hole and set him on fire.

I'm down with a Scarlet Letter type treatment - Tattoo "MOLESTER" on his forehead and throw him in Angola.

Long time or not, LP has a long history of harboring these types. Just go to the State Police sex offender registry and type in an address in Livingston parish. The concentration of sex offenders is shocking.

Who needs a secure border?
We need more roofers, child trafficers and fentanyl, don't we Joe?

Looks like one of Bidens boys from the south. Another success story.

What's that deal where they put a tire around you and fill it with gasoline and light it? That's what this mfer needs.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that the article would be more accurate if it said, "Livingston resident and illegal alien Jesus Delacruz, a native of [insert central/south American country here]..." I doubt our young rapist was born on American soil...

The sheriff is a kindred spirit.

I had read some interesting stuff a long time ago that the Florida parishes were originally settled by rejects and outlaws from Europe and stayed that way generally for a long time

Pistols and Politics was a good read on the earlier days of the Florida parishes.
Convicts released from prisons/jail during the civil war sought refuge there. Oddity since everywhere else had large plantations and established cities/towns. Far enough from the river not to be disturbed.

In Central America it’s common for 14-16 year old females to start having kids. Especially the migrants that are in the US. I was doing Uber and once picked up a 33 year old grandmother. This is their culture.
So don’t have much outrage for a 19/14 couple.
