The issue was they didn’t send the email to after the tickets went on sale. My son got the email 10 minutes after he bought the tickets. He went to the ticket office and they fixed it for him though.

So they didn’t mention it at all in the email they sent to freshmen and transfers last week? From the OP:

Seems like they would have addressed the different packages in the same email, particularly if it was an email specifically sent to freshmen and transfers. If they didn’t then yeah, that’s a pretty critical omission.

See, this is what personal responsibility does for you.

I’m kind of surprised at how many parents are apparently handling their kids’ student tickets.
