Just as the title suggests. Eggs are a go to obviously and grits. Red beans too. Mexican obviously.
Anything out of the box that goes great with hot sauce? We’re talking Franks, Cholula, Tabasco, Crystal, etc.

That’s a good one. Agree 100% just gives it that kick it needs.

I love Tiger Sauce on red beans and rice and chicken and dumplings. It's not my favorite general purpose hot sauce but it just seems to pair well with those dishes to me.

Not necessarily favorite but I like hot sauce on pasta. Drives my wife nuts when she makes sauce and then watches me reach for a bottle.

I mix ketchup and siriacha for fries and roasted veggies. Cholula on eggs and anything from a chicken. Crystal on boiled potatoes. Tabasco/Crystal/Melindas on roast beef.

I like it in my grits for breakfast.

A splash of Tobasco into a cold beer.

My homemade mac n cheese secret ingredient is Louisiana Gold Green Sauce. Gives the right amount of oomph and tang.

I put some Cholula on my spaghetti last night and loved it. Hence the thread. Was seeing who else might have put it on things that you don’t think of off the top of your head

My faves are spaghetti, chili, pizza, and burgers.

Pizza
It’s really annoying when pizza places don’t have hot sauce at table when dining in
Red pepper is fine but hot sauce adds another dimension Sriracha being my favorite on pizza

Stuffed bell peppers.
Also, this might sound weird, but I put blue cheese crumbles and hot sauce in the bun when I do sausage on a bun. I stole the idea from the heater dog at Wrigley, but it's awesome.
