Got turned on to these guys by a young redneck hippie tattoo artist who I would have never thought listened to bluegrass, but they are damn good musicians.
They also aren't afraid to step outside the bluegrass box and experiment with some different sounds.
Anyone else here a fan of them?
If you like bluegrass or are just openminded about music in general check them out.

I like them a lot. Jeff Tweedy produced thir latest album and he had them record one of Wilco's songs from their latest album.

Saw them several years ago and they were damn good. Wore out there album at the time but like most bluegrass, I kinda lost interest after a while. But if you've never heard them they are entertaining.

I like their music a lot, but I don't really consider them bluegrass. They're kind of in a genre that doesn't really have a name in my opinion with bands like Old Crow Medicine Show, Devil Makes Three, Hackensaw Boys, Mumford and Sons etc.

I've seen them live multiple times. They're great.

If you go back to their first couple of albums they would definitely fall heavily into the bluegrass category IMHO.
They started experimenting with some outside the box things and have gotten to a point where you can't pigeonhole them into a particular genre now, I agree.
