I come across one of those clickbait questions on this topic and after I saw Carrot Top I stopped and thought it would be an interesting OP.
What do you think?

Richard Pryor.
I love him as a comedic actor, but his stand up just isn't very funny to me. I think the cursing was shocking at the time, which is why he did so well. Also his impersonations are fantastic; however, I listened to That Ni...'s Crazy recently, and it didn't strike very many laughs out of me. 14yo me loved it, but again I think it struck that "cursing is funny" side of my teenage brain.
Eddie Murphy was hilarious though. His standups are ridiculously funny, and they didn't feel like being funny just because he cursed.

I'll say it... Matt Rife. He's lucky the lonely loser women of the world love him because he's not a great stand up comedian.

Tracy Morgan. He does nothing for me. I will never understand his appeal.

Just opened to see why “funny” was in quotes.

Almost all female comedians. That's not to say women can't be funny. Tina Fey, Sharon Horgan, Ellie Taylor are three hilarious women, just to name a few. But I generally don't find female comedians funny.

I honestly struggle to find any stand up comedians funny.

The Original Kings of Comedy.
It was all the rage in 2000. "Dude you gotta watch the Kings of Comedy. its fricking hilarious."
I watched it, and didn't laugh once.

Some standup comedians are not that great while doing standup but are otherwise really funny as guests or hosts on podcasts and gained fame that way.
Bert and Theo I think are both good on podcasts but terrible at standup.
The one comedian who I think is terrible at standup but is hyped up as being great is Chris Rock. His delivery is very odd and he repeats himself constantly to try to get his timing right. It's annoying to listen to. I think the material is good, but he's not that good at delivering it.
It's only gotten worse as he's aged. His recent Netflix special was unwatchable.
