Does anyone know if there are any long term plans to put upper-decks on each endzone?

I don't think it needs to get bigger. We'd have an empty stadium for every non-SEC game.

It will get Bigger. The athletic department is already in the process of trying to put a plan together for the expansion, (closing the in the endzones)!

I don't think that makes a difference to LSU. There are thousands of people on the waiting list for season tickets, so they know they can sell them, and that's all that matters.

BS. There's no reason we shouldn't have the largest stadium in college football.

They'll only close the south in, that's why the east and west uppers are angled towords the south endzone. They can't to the north because the support structure would be right on top of north stadium drive.

And Mikes cage would be right there smashed up against the new supports, along with not much room between the cage and the PMAC

south endzone will be closed in within 10 years i would say. that would add what ~10,000 seats? i think that would tie the school over for awhile. plus some major work would have to be done to make room in the north endzone for an addition

I wouldn't be surprised if they add more suites in the south endzone, but I'm not sure they'll had that many more general admission seats. The north endzone will likely never be expanded due to the close proximity to the PMAC, Mike's home, and the street would have to be closed permanently.

I herd the south endzone will be closed in but because of stability issues they wont be able to close in the north endzone...

Would closing the north require the entire thing be rebuilt or something?

Why not butt it up right next to Mike's habitat? What would be cooler than having your mascot's habitat be part of the stadium.
