If you had to guess right now what bowl do you think LSU will play in?

Outback and Cap 1 take the 2 best SEC teams that don't make it to the BCS. With Florida in the BCS NC, and Alabama in the Sugar I think Outback takes Georgia and Cap 1 takes LSU.

Besides I think its kind of a repeat of what happened in 04 with LSU getting the Cap 1 bid. If LSU wins out we will look very attractive for a New Years bowl in central Florida.

Win out and we get Cotton or Outback...lose one or two, and we get Peach or Music City.

I think Vanderbilt has a good shot at going to the Cotton. According to the current standings, they are the 5th best team in the SEC.

Cotton Bowl seems highly likely IMO

With Florida and perhaps Bame in the BCS... and UGA likely in the Capital One Bowl

no, with 1 more loss, Cotton Bowl takes an 8-4 LSU team like it did in 2002. We would probably play a 10-2 Big 12 team (just like 2002).

Win out: Cotton vs. Ok
Lose 1: Chic-Fil-A vs. NC
Lose Both: Gaylord vs. FL St.
