hard working tax payers at least $23,000.00 - 25,000.00 a year from transportation, food, housing, education and crime.
Do the fricking math...we're 32 trillion in the hole and act like we have unlimited resources.
frick you...to those voted for this shite.

Costs us about $155B/yr according to FAIR. That's not acceptable.

Here's what Mayorkas had to say on the subject @ the White House Press Briefing Ahead of the Lifting of Title 42
Question: So, you talked about cost. What's the rough cost to American taxpayers, since the roughly four million people have come into this country illegally since January of 2021, as those people show up in community hospitals, as they enter the school system, as they get other government help? Do you have a taxpayer cost?
Secretary Mayorkas: Let me turn that question around a little bit, because I'm going to turn it around to match the question that an international partner asked of me. And the question that the international partner asked of me is, what is the economic cost of your broken immigration system? Since there are businesses around this country that are desperate for workers. There are desperate workers looking for jobs, desperate workers in foreign countries that are looking for jobs in the United States, where they can earn money lawfully and send much needed remittances back home. What is the cost of a broken immigration system? That is the question that I am asked, and that is the question that I pose to Congress, because it is extraordinary.
Question: Do you have any cost that the taxpayers are paying now?
Secretary Mayorkas: I believe I have addressed your question.

He is pure garbage.

I have little issue with mass illegal immigration if the cultural Marxists who believe in this BS would step up and fund the financial burden of tens of millions of illegals pouring into this country.

America is a dead man walking..save your breath..go enjoy your night.
We’re all just jibber-jabbing over semantics..
The US has long been Edmund O Brien/Dennis Quaid in DOA.
The sooner folks accept Steve Bannon's "the US is in managed decline" as fact, their sanity and heartbreak can get on board with the Elizabeth Kubler-Ross 7 Stages of Grief model, the better.
Charles Murray 'Coming Apart', Pat Buchanon 'Suicide of a Superpower', David Schein 'Decline of America', Douglas Murray 'Death of Europe' & ‘War on the West’, Thomas Sowell's ' Barbarians Inside the Gates', etc..were/are must reads.
They were prophetic.

The neo liberal marxist pigs want everyone to be a citizen of the world.

The only hope left is that the people from the respective states from which they are from put immense pressure on the politicians within the state and local levels.
If that can happen then the fight against the feds is that easier.

Most hard working tax payers don't have that federal tax liability. I always laugh when people act like they're out tens of thousands of dollars over immigrants. It's fiction and laughably stupid

Take that number and divide it by the total federal budget
Take that percentage and multiply it by your minimal contribution to federal tax receipts and then tell us all how much it really cost you

That's 155 billion we could give to Ukraine.

could that money be better spent maintaining roads and bridges?
or here's a radical idea, how about 155 billion to help US citizens that need it?

Valid points. But let's not pretend that anyone is out some significant amount of money over the shite. And it's the right leaning libertarian corporate types that push for this type of immigration anyway. Maybe your disgust about the situation is misplaced.

It's laughably stupid to think illegal immigration is only a federal tax issue. How much of my local property tax payment goes to educate children of illegals? How much of my health insurance premiums goes to cover unpaid emergency room visits of illegals?

Don't forget medical care.
Not only are we paying for it, it is clogging the system so americams have worse care

What did Obama do in 8 years to solve the illegal immigration problem besides punt in the form of DACA and the debacle that was Fast & Furious?
Biden has been in charge for 2 and a half years. He has been in Congress since the Vietnam War! What has he done?
Isn't Kamala the border czar? Do you know where she was on the day Title 42 was set to expire? In Atlanta for a Democrat fund raiser.
It's not like Title 42 expiring was a surprise. What have they done to prepare for it?
The Democrats are at least as responsible for the current humanitarian crisis at the border.
Forget the money. There are people dying trying to cross the border. They are willing to risk life and limb because they know once they cross, they will most likely be given a cell phone and sent to a city with no way to track them only on the promise to show up to their immigration hearing. Who enacted that policy? Trump or Biden?
I live in Arizona and I'm a trucker going back and forth between Phoenix and Fresno, CA. I stop along I-10 in Arizona every other day to fuel up. I see illegal immigrants standing outside in heat that's already reaching 100 degrees with no food or water. Many have been standing out there for days and have young kids with them. I usually buy them food and water. Most of them come from Central American countries and they tell me they came because they know that once they're here, they will not be deported under this administration.
Many of these people are given cell phones and court dates set for as far ahead as 2026. What the Hell are they supposed to do for 3 years? What happens when they have kids here from now to then? Break up families or is this another DACA situation? These are policies implemented in the Biden administration. Hardly right leaning corporate types.
And where is AOC? She still owns that white pant suit. Why isn't she down there holding her head in her hands? I'll tell you why. Because they don't give a frick.
When are you going to pull your head out of your arse and acknowledge that the establishment in BOTH parties are responsible for this going back to Reagan?
My anger isn't misplaced. My anger and disgust is also directed at idiots like you who voted for this shite.
You and everyone else who voted for that mental patient who shits his pants in the White House should be forced to take in at least three illegal immigrants into your homes until their cases are adjudicated.
It's about fricking time lefty Democrats started directly facing the consequences for the way they vote instead of other people who don't vote for this shite, then complain about how their lives are effected, and are then are called racists for doing so by people like you.
My father came here from Ecuador 51 years ago with nothing. He worked his way up busting his arse for 25 years as a merchant marine based out of New Orleans. He paid the money, waited his turn and came here legally. He paid his dues, got his citizenship and is now enjoying a much deserved retirement. He's been a Democrat since Clinton and now he will never vote for them again in large part because of how they are shitting on working class Americans via their disastrous border policies.
He thinks you people are nuts to try to have large entitlements funded by tax payers while at the same time allowing unchecked immigration. But I guess he's racist too.

The problem is that there are always employers (whether it’s agribusiness, restaurants, hospitality, or construction) looking to lower their expenses by hiring this class of labor.
The problem never goes away, because there will always be a business looking to save a dollar by securing cheap labor.
Address the source of the problem by imposing crippling fines on businesses that do this, and the problem is solved. I never understood hating illegal immigration without doing something to address its root causes. Take the incentive away from business in hiring cheap labor, and you’ll solve the issue.

It is absolutely wrong to spend money housing, feeding, and educating illegals when there are homeless veterans in this country.
