Fo shizzle my nizzle is a slang way to say “for sure, my friend.” It was popularized as a catchphrase of the rapper Snoop Dogg and is meant as a playful way to express affirmation.

At work we had a full time electrician who used to call people "BeeBobaLou" in place of "Hey buddy" or Hey man, he'd say "Hey BeBobbaLou".
One day he said it to a security guard, older black man, who was normally not a very talkative person, but otherwise friendly and competent security guard (fwiw), and the dude blew up on him. Me and several others were standing around, including another younger black male that worked for this electrician.
"WHAT YOU CALL ME!"
"Whoah, I said BeBobbaLou,"
"YOU DONT CALL ME THAT NAME, IMA MAN!" and some other shite.
The security guard tried to make a case out of it. Luckily he was just a contractor so we rotated his old arse out.
Kept the electrician.

I once worked for a very cool, very calm, professional black man. I have much respect for this guy.
Once, in a very informal setting, for some reason I said ‘whatever, whatever” and laughed.
He immediately got very serious and gave me a look that could kill and said ‘What the hell did you just say to me?” I repeated it “whatever, whatever” and then he returned back to his calm and cool self and said “oh, I thought you said ‘whatever, n$’$&$”.
I thought that man was about to kill me.
